SLIPE WOOL. SCALE OF VALUES FIXED. The following scale of values has been fixed for slipe wool for the purposes of the Wool Emergency Regulations: —
In the appraisement of wool under the regulations values will be assigned to woo) in accordance vt'ith the scale of values but subject to variations on account qf yield, length, amount of seed-content, and all other factors affecting the appearance or condition of the wool. HAWKE’S BAY OFFERING. POSTPONEMENT OF APPRAISAL. (By Telegraph—Press Asociation.) NAPIER. February 29. The fourth appraisal of Hawke’s Bay wool will now begin on Wednesday, March 13, instead of Thursday. March 7, the date fixed earlier. Notification of the postponement has been received by the Hawke’s Bay Woolbrokers’ Association. There will not be nearly as much wool forward at this appraisal as at lhe firsl three.
