THE BOMBING' OF PAJALA DECLARATION BY SWEDEN. CONCLUSIVE PROOF OF OUTRAGE By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. February 24. The Swedish Foreign Office declares that an investigation has conclusively proved that- Russian airmen bombed the Swedish village of Pajala. near the Finnish frontier, on Wednesday. Moscow has officially denied that Russian aircraft bombed the town. "Not a single Soviet plane has flown over Pajala or other Swedish territory,” says the Moscow denial. The damage done was described in detail by the Mayor of the town.
