COMMUNIST AND FASCIST NOWHERE. LABOUR CANDIDATE'S EASY VICTORY. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Dav, 10.35 a.m.) RUGBY. February 23. Tlie Silvertown by-election resulted: Hollins (Labour) 14,343 Pollitt (Communist) 966 Moran (Fascist) 151 Tire Fascist and Communist candidates forfeited their deposits. Mr Hollins said: "The result is an expression of opinion by the workers of this country that they are standing solidly in the determination to wipe out this evil thing from the face of Europe."
