PAPER RATIONING
REDUCTION IN BRITISH SUPPLIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, February 8. The Ministry of Supply, in order to conserve shipping and currency, announced a two-fifths reduction in the , paper supplies, to commence on Monday. The rationing, though initially operating for only three months, will continue after June 1.
