BRITISH WAR AIMS
-4 END TO BE MADE OF NAZI GANGSTERS. The following observations on the spirit in which Britain has entered and is facing the war are made in a letter received by the W.F.C.A., Ltd., from its London buyers:— “In this matter the whole nation is ‘in it’ wholeheartedly and this time the crew of thugs, gangsters and thieving scum who are leading Germany to perdition, have to be exterminated and a new German nationality formed with our laws of individual freedom ascendant. Nothing is there that we fear nor can any combination dominate our ‘race of many races well compact’— Scot. Cymmru, Angle, Jute or Saxon with the old blood strains of the fighting men of the Great Trek from the hills of India, we all are British and—you know the lines: — Freemen born of the blood of Freemen It Isn’t a war —it’s a crusade, Nor will the end to the conquered be vae Victis, But Pax Britannica literally and we trust for all time.”
