SIR FRANCIS BOYS RETIRES.

Sir Francis Boys, former director of the New Zealand Refrigerating Company, who planned the wartime meat rationing, has resigned the directorship of the meat and live stock section of the Food Ministry. The deputy-direc-tors are Messrs H. S. E. Turner and R. S. Forsyth, both formerly associated with the New Zealand meat trade.
