NEGOTIATIONS BREAK DOWN
DEMARCATION OF FRONTIER. COMPLETE DISAGREEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. TOKIO, January 31. The Foreign Office announced that negotiations between Russia and Japan regarding the demarcation of the Man-chukuo-Outer Mongolia frontier have been definitely abandoned as a result of complete disagreement between the commissions.
