The Belgrade correspondent of me “Nev/ York Times” says it is reliably reported that the German oil shortage has caused the compulsory transfer to the Reich of 3000 tons of lubricating oil from Prague railway stations, resulting in a scarcity of oil in the protectorate, which already has reduced its passenger service. Half of its rolling stock is being kept in the repair shops and the busy locomotives are being strained with overloading.
