Afghanistan and Iran have suggested to Iraq that the “Saadabad” Non-Aggression Pact should be converted into a military alliance against Russian aggression. The "Saadabad” Pact includes Turkey, Iran. Afghanistan and Iraq.
It is suggested that Egypt might join.
