TRADE PACT
FRENCH & SPANISH AGREEMENT.
The text of the French and Spanish trade agreement has been published in the official Gazette. It provides for the export of war supplies from Spain to France and the resumption of economic relations which had practically ceased. Spain will, export metals, silk, fish, and wines in return for wheat, rice, motor-cars, electrical apparatus and chemical, Payment for the products will be through a clearing system. —By radio.
