SURVIVORS FROM ITALIAN LINER ARRIVAL AT GENOA. SOME DEATHS FROM EXPOSURE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.25 a.m.) GENOA, January 23. The Italian steamers Conte Bianca Mano and Colombo have arrived with respectively 318 and 173 of the Orazio’s survivors. Many are suffering from burns and exposure and are stunned as a result of their experiences. They say that some perished of exposure while being transferred to the rescue ships, from lifeboats, over which the waves dashed, drenching scantily-clad men, women and children.
