REMOVAL OF WRECKAGE DEMANDED. URUGUAYAN NOTE TO GERMANY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) PARIS, January 19. It is reported that Uruguay has sent a Note to Germany requesting her to remove the wreckage of the Graf Spec as it constitutes a danger to shipping. It is understood that the object of the Note is to establish Uruguay’s rights if she should be obliged to move the wreck herself.
