SHEEPSKINS MARKET
APPRAISEMENT AT DUNEDIN. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, January 19. Catalogues approximating 30,000 sheepskins were recently submitted and appraised by the control and values, specially for threequarter wools and full wools, showed a marked increase in rates paid at the first appraisement held in November. Due principally to the activities of the United States of America, the control was able to appraise on a higher schedule, the appreciation on the average being as follows: Merinos, threequarter wool to full wool, Id to lid a lb; half-breds, threequarter wool to full wool.
