Sir Charles and Lady Norwood, Wellington, will leave for Christchurch at the weekend to attend the McVeigh— Ardagh wedding, which will take place on Monday. Mrs W. E. Caldow (Wellington) sister of Mrs E. Bassett, of Essex Street, Masterton, has been elected assistant secretary of the Dominion Croquet Council. Mrs Caldow is well known in Masterton.
