RECONSTRUCTED BELGIAN CABINET. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright BRUSSELS. January 6. The Prime Minister. M Pierlot. after tendering the collective resignation of Cabinet to the King, was invited to form a Ministry of National Union. Later M Pierlot announced that the new Cabinet includes one new member. a Socialist. M Janson (Minister of Justice). It comprises five Catholics, four Socialists, three Liberals, and two non-partisans. M Spaak retains Ihe Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
