TRAGIC DROWNING
AIRCRAFT INSTRUCTOR LOSES LIFE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, January 7. A tragic drowning occurred at Smaill’s beach on Saturday afternoon when Mr Arthur Wills, aircraft instructor employed at the Air Force technical training centre at Hillside workshops, got into difficulties in the surf and lost his life. Mr Wills, whr resided in Kaikorai, was 41 years of age, and was a married man with a family of five.
