Downes, of Day’s Bay, is a visitor to Greytown. Mrs W. Mann, Lincoln Road. Masterton, is visiting Christchurch. Miss Judith Gough (Christchurch) is staying with Mrs Robert Judd, 23 Essex Street, Masterton. Mrs Duncan Cameron, Pownall Street. Masterton. has returned from a visit to Hinakura. Mrs Husband and Miss Husband, Cole Street, Masterton, have returned from a visit to Hunterville. Mr and . Mrs H. R. W. Beetham, Highmore, Masterton, are staying at Paraparaunm Beach. Mr and Mrs H. H. Daniell, The Terrace. Lansdowne, are staying at Chateau Tongariro. Mrs Cocker and Miss L. Cocker, Albert Street, Masterton, are visiting Wellington. Mrs D. Caselberg, Worksop Road, Masterton, has returned from a visit to Eastbourne. Miss R. Aston, of Auckland, is the guest of Mrs A. E. Aston, of Pahiatua. Mr and Mrs D. La Roche are guests from Auckland at the Hotel Midland, Masterton, today. Mr and Mrs W. C. Potter, who arrived in Masterton from Auckland yesterday are staying at the Hotel Midland. Miss Alva Dorreen. of Shirley, Christchurch, is spending a holiday in Masterton as the guest of Mrs Rupert Hatch, Bannister Street. Mrs E. Ellmers, of Gisborne, is visiting her daughter, Mrs E. C. Brenkley, of Fleet Street, Masterton, on her way to the Centennial Exhibition. Mr and Mrs A. Williams (Wellington), Mr and Mrs G. W. Martin and son (Auckland), and Mr and Mrs H. Williams (Northland) have returned to their homes, having spent the Christmas and New Year holidays with Miss E. Martin and Mr and Mrs Nolan, at “Waitangi,” Carterton.
