WOOL EXPORTS
ENCOURAGEMENT IN BRITAIN. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, January 4. With the object of stimulating the export of wool fabrics, the Wool Control Committee has announced a scheme under which manufacturers will receive an increase in the guaranteed supply of wool representing 125 per cent, instead, of 100 per cent, of the weight of wool fabric exported. The scheme applies to the rationing periods to June 1 next.
