POSSIBLE INTERVENTION IN FINLAND IF BRITAIN SENDS TROOPS. REQUEST FOR TECHNICIANS DENIED. # (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) [ LONDON, January 2. The Berlin correspondent of I the Associated Press of America says Germany has issued a warning that she might enter the Rus-sian-Finnish conflict if British soldiers appeared on Finnish soil or the Allied shipment of munitions to Finland reached decisive proportions. However, it is denied that M Stalin has requested 200,000 expert engineers and technicians to reorganise Soviet economy and industry.
