ENTIRE FIRST DIVISION NOW IN BRITAIN TROOPS WARMLY WELCOMED. MR ANTHONY EDEN’S GREETING. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, January 1. Singing lustily, Canada's second contingent marched ashore at a west coast port from several liners. “There is no man or woman throughout the country who does not wish to join in this greeting,” said the Dominion Secretary, Mr Anthony Eden. “The nation of the New World is offering its help to challenge tyranny in the old. Your example is a guarantee of final victory and an inspiration to freedomloving peoples everywhere."
