MASTERTON FIRE BRIGADE
• CHRISTMAS TREE PARTY. | CHILDREN ENTERTAINED. The Masterton Fire Brigade's annual Christmas Tree function for the children of the combined brigadesmen was held in the recreation rooms yesterday afternoon. There was a large gathering of children. Father Christmas arrived in traditional style and handed a present to each child. Soft drinks and ice cream were distributed to the children, who spent a very enjoyable time. The care-free atmosphere of the gathering made it one of the most successful yet held by the brigade.
