Signor Mussolini received Herr Himmler, head of the German Police. The news agency says they had a long and. cordial conversation. Herr Himmler and the Italian Un-der-Secretary for the Interior signed an agreement under which Germans resident in the Tyrol will vote by December 31, whether to return to Germany or to assume Italian citizenship.
