Cronin has been appointed coach-manager of the New South Wales rowing eight which is to tour New Zealand. Mr S. Raper (selector) said that the rowing executive had been worried about when the team will leave and the distances of the races in New Zealand. The programmes from Now Zealand have not arrived and in the meantime the crew will be al! at sea regarding training preparations. New South Wales had not been notified where the Nev/ Zealand championship will be rowed.
