POTATOES IN JACKETS
QUICK WAY OF BAKING. K quick way to bake potatoes in their jackets is to put them in boiling water first. Simmer very gently for ten minutes and then take out and dry. Place the potatoes in the oven. They will be cooked in half the time, and will be beautifully floury inside.
