SEIZED FOR DEBT
GERMAN SHIPS IN DUTCH EAST INDIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SINGAPORE. December 12. The Batavia correspondent of .the "Malaya Tribune" reports that the Netherlands Colonial Court ordered the seizure of four German merchantmen taking refuge at Padang tSumatra) because of non-payment for supplies. In addition as the result of action by British creditors the Rendsburg, which is taking refuge at Batavia, was seized and the crew discharged. The vessel will be auctioned in February.
