Rail Traffic Resumed.
Normal traffic was resumed today on the Wellington-Wairarapa railway line, following the blockage caused by Monday's storm. Warrants of fitness. Many motorists do not seem to be aware of the necessity of carrying warrants of fitness for their motor vehicles. The law stipulates that lite warrants must, be carried on the car, and motorists who fail to do so are liable lo a fine. A New Game. A new way of getting on terms with an audience, comprised principally of boys and girls, was introduced by Mr G. 11. Meadmore. when speaking at the Wairarapa College break-up last night. Mr Meadmore said he wanted the boys and girls to play a new game with him. lie would ask questions, and they would answer yes and no alternately. "You all love the school?" asked Mr Meadmore. "Yes." roared lhe pupils. "You don't want to hear my speech'.' No." said the scholars amid rounds of laughter. "1 was rather afraid of that." said Mr Meadmore jok--1 ingly
