Swinbourne was ordered out of the Eighteen Footer League’s meeting last night because he refused to withdraw his criticism of the secretary, Mr J. Giltinan. Mr Giltinan was explaining the action ho had taken to recover the world's championship trophy from Mr Swinbourne. The league executive decided that the trophy must be returned by noon on Friday. If it Is not, the executive will meet on Friday night to consider the position. Mr Sw’nbourne stated after the meeting that he had no intention of returning the trophy.
