The Post Office advises that, commencing forthwith, one authenticating group consisting of live figures or five letters is permitted in overseas remittance telegrams addressed to the United Kingdom from leading insurance, shipping and commercial firms. The Wairarapa Returned Soldiers' Association lias received word from the Kilbirnie (Wellington) Soldiers' Club to the effect that during the period of tile Centennial Exhibition, accommodation will be available at the cbio at moderate terms for a limited number of returned soldiers.
