DELIVERY TO FINLAND. MONEY NEEDED FOR IMPORTS. LONDON, December 10. The Moscow Radio announced without comment that Germany was sending Finland anti-aircraft guns and had offered further cheap munitions. Fifty Italian bombers refuelled in Germany en route to Finland. According to a Paris message, Madame Tabouis, writing in "L’Oeuvre,” states that Germany has answered the Russians’ protest about this by explaining its needs of money for imports.
