DELIVERY TO FINLAND. MONEY NEEDED FOR IMPORTS. LONDON, December 10. The Moscow Radio announced without comment that Germany was sending Finland anti-aircraft guns and had offered further cheap munitions. Fifty Italian bombers refuelled in Germany en route to Finland.
