GERMAN PLANE
FORCED DOWN IN NORTH SEA. ON RETURN FROM BRITAIN. (Received This Day, 11.10 a.m.) LONDON. December 8. According to a Berlin report it is - officially announced that a reconnaissance plane, returning from Britain, landed in the North Sea through engine trouble. The crew are afloat in a collapsible boat. . Aviation rescue squads arc on the way.
