ARRESTED IN CANADA. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) TORONTO, December 6. Charles Millard, the Committee for Industrial Organisation organiser in Canada, who was active in the automobile strike in Ontario in 1937, was arrested by the Provincial Police, and charged with contravening the Defence of Canada regulations in a recent speech. Ho was hold without bail.
