* BY UNIDENTIFIED SHIP REPORT FROM SAN SALVADOR. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 1.15 p.m.) SAN SALVADOR, December 3. The Army reports that an unidentifiable ship anchored at the mouth of the Lempa River, but sailed when sighted. It has not been decided whether she is Russian, German or Japanese, but it is suggested that she is supplying submarines or raiders. LEAGUE MEETINGS ARBITRATION PROPOSAL. (Received This Day, 10.45 a.m.) GENEVA. December 3. The League Council and Assembly are convening on December 12 in order to discuss the arbitration of the RussoFinnish conflict.
