SHARP DECLINE
PRICES AT STOCK SALE TODAY. Prices for fat sheep showed a sharp decline on ruling market rates at the Masterton stock sale held at the saleyards today. The quality of sheep forwarded was generally poor. Quotations arc:— Sheep: Maiden ewes. 20s: light fat wethers, 18s 6d, 20s Cd, 21s 9d to 225; fat hoggets, 20s. Pigs: Weaners, 20s; porkers, 39s to £2 Bs. ' ■
