FORMED IN RUMANIA STAND TAKEN BY KING CAROL. PULLING COUNTRY OUT OF CRISIS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.25 a.m.) BUCHAREST, November 24. M Tatarescu has formed a Government. King Carol flatly rejected M Tatarescu’s plan for the formation of a Cabinet embracing all parties and ordered a renewal of efforts to select a Government from the National Rebirth Party capable of pulling Rumania out of the crisis. It is unofficially announced that Dr Gafencu will retain the Foreign Affairs portfolio whatever the composition of the Government.
