A French official communique states: —“There was nothing of importance to report during the night.” GERMAN REPORT. (Received This Day, 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, November 22. A Berlin radio message announces restricted artillery activity in some places on the Western Front. It also reports reconnaissance flights over Britain yesterday, as far as Scapa Flow, while other planes reconnaissanced in Southern France.
