INTIMATION TO GERMANY BY ITALY AND SPAIN. NEW MOVE IN PEACE CAMPAIGN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. November 19. The Paris radio reports that Italy and Spain have informed Germany that they are interested in the preservation of the territorial integrity of Belgium and the Netherlands. It is reported from Copenhagen that King Leopold of the Belgians and Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands have asked lhe Kings of Norway. Sweden and Denmark whether they were prepared to collaborate in the formulation of peace proposals.
