MUSSOLINI ADDRESSES STUDENTS. SHOUTS OF “TUNIS” & “CORSICA.” By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received This Day. 11.25 a.m.) ROME. November 15. Signor Mussolini, in response to a crowd of 50,000 students celebrating the opening of the academic year, made a speech from the Palazzo Venezia, in which he said: "In accordance with Fascist custom and for precaution, keep your rifles alongside your books. The Fascist peace is an armed peace.” The crowd spasmodically shouted: "Tunis! Corsica!”
