“LION HAS WINGS”
FILM SEEN BY THE KING AND QUEEN. EXPLOITS OF ROYAL AIR FORCE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) RUGBY, November 13. The King and Queen, accompanied by’ the Duchess of Kent, visited a West End cinema this afternoon and saw the film l 'The Lion Has Wings,” depicting exploits of the Royal Air Force. It was their Majesty’s first visit to a cinema since their Coronation and their first visit to a place of entertainment since the outbreak of war.
