STRIKERS CALLED OFF
MINE ENGINEERS IN N.S.W. AND DARWIN RAILWAYMEN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright SYDNEY November 12. The nine-day strike on the northern coalfields will end on Monday, when the engineers will resume work in pursuance of the recommendation of the mining unions. The railway strike in Darwin ended on Friday.
