WAIRARAPA RECRUITS

FURTHER BATCH BEFORE MEDICAL BOARD. ALL SINGLE MEN EXAMINED. The remainder of the unmarried recruits who have enrolled in Masterton for service in the special military force were medically examined last night, when sixteen men presented themselves before the medical board. Nine were classed as fit. five temporarily’ unfit and two permanently unfit. The only recruits who have enrolled and have not yet been medically examined are married men. P. C. Martin, of Martinborough, has been included in the'draft going into camp next week as members of the First Echelon.
