EMPIRE BROADCAST

HON P. FRASER THIS EVENING. A broadcast address to the Empire will be given tonight by the Minister of Education, the Hon P. Fraser. New Zealand’s official representative at the London conference of British Commonwealth Ministers. Mr Fraser will speak immediately after the 9 p.m. Daventry news session. His address is one of the series by Ministers at present visiting London for the conference on war problems.
