PEANUT PUDDING

TRY THIS RECIPE. Take a quarter of a cupful of cornflour, a saltspoonful of salt, one tablespoonful sugar, half a cupful cold water, three tablespoonfuls honey, quarter of a cupful peanut butter, three cupfuls of scalded milk. Mix ’ the cornflour, salt, sugar, and cold water. Mix honey and peanut butter, add scalded milk slowly, mixing well. Stir in cornflour mixture; and cook over hot water for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until thick and clear. Then cover and cook 15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. Cool, turn into serving dishes and chill before using.
