The British United Press Rome correspondent says General Queipo De Llano heads a mission of 59 military officials being attached to Italian units for developing an understanding between the Italian and Spanish armies. He expressed confidence, after a tour of Germany, that Germany would give England and France tremendous surprises in the coming weeks and win the war, whether it were long or short. He added that a Spanish military. mission was also going to Germany.
