GERMAN INSTRUCTORS & OTHERS NEW FORM OF PROPAGANDA. PREDICTIONS OF COMING WAR. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received This Day, 12.55 p.m.) PARIS. November 5. The Instanbul correspondent of the Paris “Soir” reports that high German military instructors are leaving Turkey and that others are to depart before December 31, declaring that war will be here by January. Meanwhile they will do nothing. This form of propaganda is not meeting with local success. Nazi technicians of all kinds are returning to Germany and abandoning important work.
