PRE-WEDDING PARTY

' MISS H. WINTER HONOURED. Miss Helmieh Winter, daughter of Mrs Winter, of High Street, Masterton, who is to be married shortly, was tendered a kitchen tea recently at the residence of Mrs McGillicuddy, Cornwall Street, and at which Misses Mavis McLeod and Agnes McGillicuddy were the hostesses. An enjoyable time was spent in games and competitions by the guests who extended to Miss Winter their sincere wishes for her future happiness and prosperity. Miss Winter suitably acknowledged the wishes and gifts.
