BOWLING
MASTERTON CLUB EVENTS
(Notes by “The Bowler.”) I desire to remind members that entries for the club competitions close on Saturday next. November 4. All members should make an effort to take part in one or more of the competitions. The junior players will find it to their advantage to compete against the senior players. Nearly every season some of the members feel disappointed when they have neglected to enter up for the competitions. The entry forms are in the pavilion, but if any member is unable to make his entry there, he can give notice to the secretary or any member of the committee, who will be pleased to accept npminations. On Saturday afternoon next, at 1.15. a special general meeting of the club will be held at the pavilion to consider a notice of motion that the club fours competition be reinstated.
