This includes in general reductions new rates to New Zealand and Australia, via the Mediterranean, of 50s per cent under Allied flags, with an extra ten 'shillings per cent via Panama and 40s shillings for neutral flags to New Zealand and Australia. Black Sea rates are 70s under Allied flags and 50s under neutral flags. All the rates show a decrease of 10s.
