SAFE ARRIVAL AT OVERSEA DESTINATIONS. ' (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 29. The Government of India is now in a position to state that all the troops who have proceeded out of India have arrived safely at their destinations and that no Indian units so far have suffered any loss.
