STATEMENT ON RATIONING SHORTLY. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Dav. 10.13 a.m.) RUGBY, October 27. Mr W. I. Morrison stated that the food supply position had improved, but that there will have to be very restrictive conditions as long as the present supply position is maintained. A statement with regard to the date of the introduction of rationing, the main object of which will be to secure an equitable distribution, will be made shortly.
