Mrs A. A. Vaughan, of Pahiatua. is visiting Dunedin. Mrs G. W. Hutchinson, Essex Street, Masterton. has returned from a visit to Wellington. Miss A. Savage, of Masterton. is spending a holiday in Taranaki and Hawke's Bay. Mr and Mrs Wilson Hazelwood, of Hastings, are staying at the Hotel Midland, Masterton. The friends of Mrs H. H. Flaws, of Pahiatua, will regret to hear that she is still an inmate of the Masterton Hospital. Mrs McGowan, of Wellington, who has been visiting her daughter, Mrs Butler, Lincoln Road, Masterton, has returned home. Miss K. Moran, of Pahiatua, has joined the nursing staff of the Mater Hospital, Mountain Road, Epsom. Auckland. Mrs Frank Peterson and her small son have returned to Wellington after having spent a holiday with her parents, Mr and Mrs J. Finlayson, “Waimarae,” Lansdowne. At Pahiatua on Saturday Miss Grace Eileen Austin, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs R. C. Austin, Tyndall Street, Pahiatua, was married to Mr Ralph Harvey Chaplin, only son of Mr and Mrs R. C. Chaplin, of Hastings.
